Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the CherryBet team, who runs CherryBet (https://cherrybet.us). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use CherryBet.

1. Play money only

CherryBet is a play-money casino. Balances, rewards and winnings have no cash value. They can't be bought, sold, withdrawn, transferred for anything of value, or exchanged for real money or prizes. "Deposits" and "withdrawals" on the site are simulated, and nothing is ever sent to or from you. CherryBet is not a gambling service and doesn't hold a gambling licence because no real money or prizes are involved.

2. Who can use CherryBet

• You must be 18 or older. We ask for your date of birth at sign-up and close accounts belonging to anyone younger.
• One account per person. Extra accounts, including ones used to collect rewards or referral commission, may be closed and their balances removed.
• You're responsible for keeping your login safe and for everything done on your account. Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings → Security.

3. Games and fairness

Every game result comes from a provably-fair system: before you bet, the server commits to a secret seed by showing you its SHA-256 hash, and your result is worked out from that seed, your client seed and a counter. You can rotate your seed at any time to reveal the old one and check every result yourself on the Fairness page. Crash rounds are shared by everyone and use a published hash chain instead. Each game has a built-in house edge, so over time the house comes out ahead, even with play money.

If a bug, outage or mistake produces a result or balance change that shouldn't have happened, we may correct it.

4. Rewards, VIP and promotions

• Daily rewards, rakeback, rain, promo codes, VIP bonuses and weekly bonuses are play money. We can change their amounts or rules, or switch any of them off, at any time.
• Rewards need a verified email address.
• Rewards abuse — including multiple accounts, coordinated play or using bugs — can lead to rewards being removed, balances reset or the account being closed.

5. Affiliate program

• You earn commission (play money) on the house edge of bets made by players who sign up through your referral link. The rate is shown on the Affiliates page and may change.
• Referring yourself, paying people to sign up, spam, or misleading promotion — including saying CherryBet involves real money — isn't allowed and will lose you commission and possibly your account.
• Don't promote CherryBet to anyone under 18.

6. Chat and conduct

Be respectful. Don't post harassment, hate, threats, spam, scams, personal information about others, sexual content, or anything illegal. Don't offer to buy or sell balances or accounts. Staff can delete messages, mute, or ban accounts that break these rules. Bans are at our discretion.

7. Linked services

If you sign in with Google, Discord, Twitch or Facebook, or link Discord, those services' own terms also apply to your use of them. Our Discord bot shows your public CherryBet profile in our server and gives you roles based on your account.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Security. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Because balances have no value, nothing is owed to you when an account is closed or a balance is reset.

9. Responsible play

Even without real money, casino games can be habit-forming. Take breaks, and stop if it stops being fun. If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, free confidential help is available from GamCare (0808 8020 133, UK) and BeGambleAware.

10. The service

CherryBet is provided "as is". We try to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change, pause or end any part of it. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site; nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and tell you on the site if a change is significant. Using CherryBet after a change means you accept it.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
