Copyright Policy

Players can post chat messages and upload profile pictures. If you think something on CherryBet uses your copyrighted work without permission, tell us and we'll look at it quickly.

How to report it

Email cherrybet@cherrybet.us with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

• Your name and contact details (address, phone number and email).
• The work you believe is being infringed.
• Where it appears on CherryBet, with enough detail for us to find it (for example the username, and the date and time of the chat message, or the profile it's on).
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you're the copyright owner or authorised to act for them, and your signature (typing your full name is fine).

What happens next

When we get a complete notice we remove or disable the material promptly and let the user who posted it know.

If your content was removed

If you think it was removed by mistake, email us with the details of what was removed and why you believe it was a mistake. If the person who complained doesn't take it further, we may restore it.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly post infringing material.

False claims

Knowingly making a false claim that material infringes copyright, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages.
